Exchange, Return, and Refund
All products we sell, are sold, “AS-IS”. E-liquids and some accessories have no warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received by the customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival). Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their defective/damaged product to receive a replacement.
All Juice sales are final. We do not offer any kind of replacement or refund for bottled e-liquids regardless of whether they have been used or not.

Batteries, Mods, and Chargers can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if the item was not opened and/or used. Please keep all original packaging and accessories. The item or all items in the kit must be in brand new condition. Store receipt or proof of purchase is required for exchange and returns.

Warranty
Important: Most manufacturers now require Authentication Codes (on packaging) for an exchange. Please keep the packaging or take a photo of the code for your record.
We offer a 30-day limited warranty for Mods, Batteries, and Chargers against manufacture defects. Product with user damage (physical marks, water damage, fire damage) or physical alterations and customizations are not covered. Please visit us in store so we can inspect the item. In many cases, issues occure due to user error. We are happy to help you learn how to use the product. If the item is determined as defective, we may offer exchange or store credit, depending on product availability. All exchanges must be done in store. A receipt or proof of purchse is required. If the product comes in a kit, we may only offer exchanges of the defective parts.
